**Key accountabilities**:
Lead projects sanctioned by the Global Logistics Leadership Team from initiation through implementation including handover to the business as usual teams with the agreed constraints of time, budget and quality.

**Required skills**:

- Business degree or equivalent experience
- Experience within Distribution or Logistics
- Experience of managing key projects/programmes of work
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with third party suppliers
- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, plan and implement multiple project tasks and multiple projects concurrently
- Good business insight and strong analytical skills
- Experience of working with policies, procedures and guidelines
- Experience with AZ change control process and systems.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience with commercialization and launch of new products
- Knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Demonstrated understanding of external customer base and supply chain
- Project Management Certification
- Portuguese language skills
