**Responsibilities**:
- Work as part of an Agile Scrum team to deliver high quality, production-ready software.
- Write test plans, develop test cases, preparing defect and test reports.
- Lead test plan review meetings.
- Work with developers, product managers, IT and technical support to resolve issues.
- Define, implement, and maintain QA methodologies, processes, and metrics.
What makes you a great fit:
**Required experience / skills**
- 3+ years’ experience as a QA analyst or a related position in software development
- Experience in industry standard QA methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Knowledge of UI, Middle Tier and Database development and testing
- Experience in SQL and database testing
- Strong understanding of various hardware, operating systems, and database platforms
- Agile software development practices
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency: Ability to carry out verbal and written business communication; take part and contribute to group meetings / design reviews etc.
**Preferred**
- Experience in Mobile testing
- Experience with performance testing software / tools
- Experience with various automated testing tools and methods
