**Position Summary**

**Your Role**
- _Validate customer sales orders (SDM´s) in SAP in a daily basis and prepare short and long term customer schedules _
- _Manage raw materials distribution between warehouses and production facilities _
- _Ensure avoidance of obsoletes/excess monitoring performance of inventory in warehouse, monitor FIFO in shipments and relocations when applicable along with Ordering. _
- _Prepare of coverage reports, monitor plants performance in terms of supplying raw materials (SDM´s past due - not posted, partial shipments, etc). _
- _Create contingency plan periodically based on extraordinary conditions for inventory/receiving purposes such as discrepancies, short shipments, overshipments, etc. _
- _Maintain SAP master data _
- _Make regular reconciliation of SAP inventory with physical inventory and take necessary actions to correct all gaps in SAP _
- _Provide month end forecast for managed project(s) and update prediction every week considering all impacts during month _

**Your Background**
- _Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field _
- _Proven experience in planning, expediting, SCM or related field. _
- _Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. _
- _Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. _
- _Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple priorities. _
- _A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others. _
- _Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. _
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. _
- _Lean manufacturing and People Empowerment tools knowledge _
- _Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.) _
- _Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics _
- _Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment _
- _Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization _
- _Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team _
- _Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently _
- _Strong presence, poise and persuasiveness to establish a high level of credibility quickly _
- _Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructions. _
- _Prior computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems). SAP knowledge preferred, being a literate is a plus. _
