The Ops Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, analyze, and solve key issues of assigned area and deliver supporting documents to corresponding areas
- Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating report, and business scorecard and provide constant and clear communication regarding local policies and processes
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction
- Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning and Business Review Templates
- Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies
- Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast pace and changing environment
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Proven organizational and time management skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

El Especialista en Apoyo de Operaciones es un puesto de nível basico a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo a operaciones trasmitidas por el intercambio nacional e internacional, validacion de operaciones en el sistema 253 (Sistema de monitoreo de dispositivos ATMS), incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación (Instrucciones de Trabajo con forme al proceso desempeñado), validacion de registros contables, obtención de registros, Seguimiento de cuentas contables.

Análisis de procedimientos y procesos contables.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ejecución de estrategias de monitoreo en procesos contables
- Brindar soporte a las transacciones contables aplicadas en los distintos Sistemas Operativos (Product Processor) vs sistemas contables.
- Asegurar el apropiado y correcto arribo de saldos contables de los Sistemas Full Suite

Conciliaciones operativas y contables de los sistemas de captación, crédito y sistemas de monitoreo de operaciones en dispositivos ATMS)
- Identificar, alertar y dar seguimiento a la Contabilidad General siguiendo las políticas institucionales
- Levantamiento de escalamientos/incidentes de procesos contables u operativos
- Detención de riesgos en procesos contables.
- Creación de tablas dinámicas y cálculos de costos.
- Elaboración y actualización de procedimientos.

Experiência en Contabilidad, Conciliacion, Cuadres de Flujo de efectrivo y transaccionales, Conocimiento de transaccionalida en dispositivos ATMS
- Microsoft Office: Access, Excel, Power Point, Word y Outlook / Basico Intermedio (Word/ Power Point, tabla dinamica) Modificaciones a documentos en Word/ Power Point
- Herramientas de colaboración: MS Teams y Zoom
- Conocimientos de contabilidad general (cuentas de balance, estado de resultados)
Experiência en análisis de información,
- Revision de proceso operativos contable
- Asesoramiento
- Elaboración/ y o conocimiento de flujos operativos de area de soporte contable/ de diversos sistemas operativos credito, captación, canales (intercambio)
- Competente resolviendo problemas multifactoriales en situaciones adversas.
- Habilidades personales y comunicativas en entornos laborales, trabajo en equipo
