About Kueski

Kueski is one of the largest buy now, pay later (BNPL) and online consumer lending companies in Mexico, providing financial services to consumers and connecting the Mexican economy through its innovative product ecosystem. This ecosystem consists of Kueski Pay, the company's BNPL product available online and in-store, and Kueski Cash, its personal loans product. Purpose

The Social Media analyst is responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving brand awareness through various social media platforms. Managing and nurturing our online community, fostering positive relationships, enhancing brand loyalty, and generating compelling and engaging content for all the products in Kueski´s ecosystem.

This person also must be informed of the latest trends, new social networks, other players in the industry around the world, and moments that are favorable to generate conversation around Kueski and be proactive when it comes to identity and scaling any incident, possible reputational risk or customer corner cases that we must refer to other areas within Kueski.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
- Manage and curate content across all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Manage the relationship with third party Influencers agencies
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including text, video, and interactive formats
- Engage and propose new ways to optimize the budget assigned to social media
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and user engagement to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our social media presence
- Monitor competitor activities on social media and identify areas for differentiation and improvement

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, tools, and analytics to manage and measure campaigns effectively
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia skills is a plus
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
