Estamos buscando a nuestros próximos asesores/as de ventas Women´s quienes serán parte de nuestra nueva Flagship Store: Nike Mexico City.
Estas personas serán la responsable de impulsar los resultados y la productividad de la tienda vendiendo y brindando una experiência premium a nuestras consumidoras. Adicional ofreceran personalmente experiências en la tienda, programas de ventas clave para ellas como pruebas de sujetadores, asesorías de producto, etc. Entenderan y atenderan sus necesidades individuales y entregaran una solución integral a través de las diversas técnicas de venta y el conocimiento del producto para ellas. Deben ser apasionadas de los deportes y la moda.
Horario
Tiempo Completo: Lunes a domingo (8hrs diarias + 1 hr de comida, 2 días de descanso entre semana)
Medio Tiempo: Lunes a domingo (4hrs diarias, 1 día de descanso entre semana)
¿En qué trabajarás?
- Mantener/ Transimitir una imagen Nike/ Performancey Lifestyle (premium) en el piso de ventas con nuestras consumidoras.
- Entregar una solución integral a través de las diversas técnicas de venta y el conocimiento del producto de Performance (Running, Fitness, Fútbol)
- Generar la conexión entre el cliente y la marca a través de una experiência de servicio premium.
- Responsable de la venta de producto dentro de la tienda, con énfasis en ellas.
- Mejorar las experiências de las consumidoras de la tienda a través de conexiones profundas con las consumidoras, programas de venta de Nike, iniciativas y adquisición de membresías.
- Impulsa y ofrece personalmente experiências en la tienda, programas de ventas clave que incluyen pruebas de sujetadores, asesorías de producto, etc., con énfasis en ellas.
- Demostrar personalmente comportamientos de venta, conexión con la consumidora y crecimiento y adquisición de membresías.
- Dominar las tecnologías y mantenerse actualizada de forma constante en partnership con el equipo de entrenamiento.
- En asociación con el lead, ejecuta la cultura de pertenencia, recompensas, reconocimiento, cultura y compromiso.
- Prioriza el desarrollo del equipo, el entrenamiento funcional y la retención para "ganar al cliente" a largo plazo en Nike
- Ejecuta personalmente el flujo de mercancías desde la puerta hasta el piso, lo que incluye: estrategias de venta directa, planificación y mapeo del piso, activación de soluciones comerciales a través de datos/informes para hacer crecer todos los sectores de la cartera de la tienda.
- Modela comportamientos de recuperación: estándares de comercialización visual, reabastecimiento, recuperación (incluida la limpieza y apariencia general de la tienda)
- Impulsa el procesamiento de envíos de la tienda de manera oportuna, la recuperación, el reabastecimiento y la finalización del proceso de LP.

Estas personas trabajarán directamente con los equipos y lideres de consumer service, operaciones y consumer experience para brindar una atención premium y holística a nuestros consumidores.
