**UiPath RPA Developer Staff IV**

This postition rerports to: Jorge Davalos, Manager I, RPA

STATEMENT:
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer is a Staff IV role, with responsibility at out Guadalajara Global Business Service Center to develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and services for all Herbalife through optimization and technology solutions. A highly developed sense of logic and experience with one or more RPA technologies is imperative to this role.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the responsibilities of the position 5 to 8 in total Please be sure that each one is a responsibility and not an activity ranking by importance.
- Developing automation scripts for the bots
- Unit testing of the automation scripts; integration testing along with the Bot Designer
- User acceptance testing along with Bot Designer and Process Owner
- Determining re-usability of the components; developing new re-useable components of automation scripts
- Addressing broken automation scripts, update automation scripts for new use cases / scenarios; and optimizing automation scripts
- Having ongoing interactions with GTS regarding standards and process, and with Process Analysis team or SMEs to clarify / refine requirements
- Supporting the Operational Teams during the rollout and document Solution Definition.
- Hyper-care after production release, along with the Process Owner

Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

**Skills**:

- Basic level proficiencies in programming languages, would be beneficial
- Strong desire to learn and keep abreast of emerging digital technologies
- Good problem-solving, writing and communication skills

Languages:

- Intermediate English

**Experience**:

- Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g.** UiPath**, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Medium level proficiencies in HTML
- Advanced level proficiencies in Visual Basic and macros

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science
- Certified RPA developer.
