*Job Responsibilities:*
- Develop and optimize the company’s recruitment strategy in line with the company’s strategic direction and market trends to meet talent needs.
- Lead the recruitment team, clarify roles, guide recruitment specialists in executing recruitment plans, and regularly provide training and performance evaluations for the team.
- Coordinate with department heads to accurately understand their recruitment needs and adjust strategies to meet company requirements.
- Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring all recruitment activities are conducted within the allocated budget to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Play a key role in recruiting for senior management positions, ensuring the development of the company’s talent pipeline.
- Analyze recruitment data and market trends, providing insights and optimization recommendations to senior management.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources recruitment, with at least 3 years of recruitment team management experience, preferably in large or medium-sized enterprises.
- Proficient in full-cycle recruitment and various recruitment tools, with advanced recruitment techniques, particularly in recruiting for senior and technical positions.
- Expertise in recruitment data analysis and market trend research, able to develop precise recruitment strategies based on company needs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members to effectively complete recruitment tasks.
- Sensitivity to changes in the talent market with a global perspective, able to handle recruitment needs across different regions and cultures.
- Fluent in English, capable of conducting interviews and managing international recruitment processes.
