**OBJETIVO GENERAL**

Recibir y empacar adhesivos siguiendo los instructivos establecidos para esta línea.

**FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS**
- Verificar que los equipos estén en adecuadas condiciones de operación antes de comenzar a empacar un lote.
- Verificar el funcionamiento y la limpieza de las cintas transportadoras.
- Verificar funcionamiento y la limpieza de la envasadora.
- Identificar todo producto, sustancia y elementos de forma inequívoca.
- Preparar los insumos necesarios para recibir los productos (cajas, etiquetas, film, etc.)
- Cuantificar la cantidad envasada de producto, el reproceso generado, el material de empaque consumido, entregar el producto terminado a la bodega de producto terminado (adecuadamente estibado, marcado y paletizado) y el reproceso al encargado de la bodega de re-procesos (debidamente almacenados, marcados, etiquetados y tapados). Anotar los datos en la orden de producción.
- Garantizar un producto terminado libre de contaminación y humedad. Haciendo inspección visual continúa.
- Generar la menor cantidad de reproceso durante el empacado del producto, en condiciones normales de operación.
- Realizar la entrega correcta de turno al personal del turno siguiente, informando todos los por menores pendientes.
- Realizar la limpieza de línea según corresponda de acuerdo a la tabla de cambio de productos.
- Participar activamente en los programas y procesos de calidad de la compañía.
- Colaborar en la carga de materiales, en la fabricación de mezclas de Hot Melt, cuando se requiera. Igualmente para efectuar las pruebas de calidad necesarias.
- Realizar bloqueo de las envasadoras cada vez que se deba operar sobre ellas.
- Es el responsable de programar las impresoras de la bajada para el codificado de cajas de envasado.
- Embalar, identificar y cargar a SAP el producto para la venta de acuerdo a procedimientos establecidos.
- Realizar check list de inicio y fin de semana.
- Estibar las cajas en forma ordenada, de acuerdo a especificaciones y procedimientos de trabajo.
- Pesar, cerrar, identificar y estibar el reproceso y purgas generadas durante la bajada.
- Mantener un stock mínimo de cajas, cantidad de film, esquineros y tarimas en el sector.
- Realizar el control de peso de las cajas con el objetivo de garantizar el peso indicado (uso de semáforo)
- Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones e informar anomalías que puedan afectar la Seguridad, Calidad y Productividad.
- Promover propuestas para la mejora de procesos de fabricación en pos de una mejora de la calidad, rendimiento y productividad del sector (quality up)
- Paletizar el producto, colocarle el film, la etiqueta de estiba y antes de llevarlo al depósito.
- Preparar envasadora, verificar estado de cuchillas y mordazas para el correcto sellado de las cajas.
- Realizar el control de bolsas zero pack con el fin de garantizar el peso indicado.
- Realizar el control al inicio del turno del detector de metales e informar en caso de anomalías.
- Cumplir las normas y procedimientos de seguridad y medioambiente. Usar y cuidar el equipo de protección personal.
- Cumplir los objetivos establecidos para el sector sobre Orden y Limpieza, Calidad y Productividad
