This individual will work closely with business and technical team members locally and around the globe.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**
- Design, development, testing and documentation of projects, enhancements, and production support issues.
- Troubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users in a timely manner
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements. Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions and working with business SMEs to deliver.
- Analyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations
- Proactively identifying areas of risk and improvement opportunities to prevent issues or optimize support experience.
- Performing root cause and impact analysis
- Mentoring junior team members on technical best practices
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies
- Security for cloud infrastructure and data
- Creating solution documentation (e.g. Process Design, Job Aids and Configuration / System)
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, critical thinking, and innovation
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on an extended team of functional and technical resources

**The Experience You Will Bring**

**Requirements**:

- 10+ Years software development experience
- Hands on Mobile Development and UX experience
- Hands on experience with SQL databases and data modeling
- Hands on experience building and consuming APIs
- Knowledge of EAI, ETL, ESB, publish/subscribe, SOA and other integration concepts
- Working experience in web development and common programming languages (Java, Java Script,.NET, HTML, VB, C#, SQL, etc)
- Experience working in AWS environments
- Experience with the full CI/CD lifecycle

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and innovation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops
- Angular or React experience a plus
- Mobile software deployments to the Google Play and Apple App store
- Experience with Sencha Touch
- Experience with test automation
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Online tools, Active Directory, SCCM, Operating Systems (Desktops and Servers)
