Major Job Responsibilities:
'- Create and update 3D CAD products and drawings using Siemens NX (CATIA a plus).
- Design and develop new designs, improvements and modifications to existing designs based on customer requirements.
- Work with Mechanical & Electrical Engineers to develop design concepts.
- Create detailed drawings from 3D models
- Create component specifications as required
- Respond to daily requests for drawings/diagrams, documents, presentations, and reports
- Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Generate FOA of plastic components.
- Generate tolerance stack ups for assemblies.
Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic, electrical engineering)
3-5 years of experience
Required:
- Mid-level knowledge of Siemens NX (and CATIA)
- Knowledge of 3D solid modeling and 2d drafting
- Moldflow Advisors and/or ANSYS analysis softwares knowledge.
- Experience designing parts for plastic injection molding or any other manufacturing process
- Tolerance stack-ups creation and understanding.
- Problem-solving skills
- Team player, quick learner, selfmotivated, serviceable
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.).
- English proficient.
- PDP and change manangent processes understanding
- Experienced in Tehnical reviews with suppliers and customers communication
Preferred:
Bilingual: English spoken and written 80%
Mid Level NX software modeling and drafting experience
