We are looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to join our Digital Solutions business unit and be part of an integrated cross functional team that drives client outcomes. Our digital
solutions will pragmatically utilize iCrossing strengths in all our competencies from strategy to technical delivery and everything in between. You will have a key leadership position in clarifying the client needs and alignment. You will also be embedded with
agile delivery teams to document, guide, and communicate the overall solution
**Requirements**:
- English Advanced
- Mandatory
- 5-7 years working as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst in the digital consulting and/or agency domain for enterprise, technically complex client engagements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment with strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
- Experience delivering small to medium projects managing teams of 5-15 team members utilizing an agile methodology.
- Skillful understanding of the intersection between digital disciplines, including strategy, user experience, visual design, engineering, quality and analytics.
- Hands on experience with one or more of the following digital capabilities, such as marketing automation, web content management systems, DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data modeling.
- Platform-agnostic functional fluency - mastery of core concepts for digital platforms including content management systems, CRM, eCommerce, marketing automation and more.
- Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle, especially solution definition and functional specification.
- A creative thinker who can provide bespoke digital solutions and experiences to meet business requirements, leaning on an intimate understanding of client’s needs and
- limitations.
- Dynamic and engaging communicator with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to interact and build rapport with different levels of end users, business leaders, and technical resources to support technical initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and document business requirements throughout an agile delivery lifecycle, including user story and acceptance criteria definition, to support a product team and product owner, including defining the backlog and ensuring the user’s perspective is considered.
- Coach technical solutions teams, ensuring adoption of agile best practices and methods.
- Act as an advisor for digital transformation technical enablement by managing and prioritizing voices of the customer, employee, and partners to effectively manage competing digital solutions.
- Anticipate and plan for digital transformation technology needs and impediments by working with key stakeholders to mitigate critical path impediments.
- Design and customize digital maturity assessments and contextualize strategic roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their digital objectives.
- Support key stakeholders to enable experience capabilities - establish legitimacy as a leader in digital, integration, and data technologies to design and implement new customer experience strategies and innovative solutions.
- Establish technical authority and build client relationships to define and crystalize support for technology decisions, program delivery issue mitigation, and end to end digital program outcomes.
- Contribute to the technology advisory for a client’s experience-led growth agenda - use human and market insights to enable future growth opportunities through new technical product development and usage, technically enabled processes, and technology upskilling.
