**Main Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Belmond's portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive interest and sales.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all client information and interactions are recorded accurately in the database.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Hospitality software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
