**Role Summary**
Garantizar la administración y gestión de todas las actividades relacionadas con comercio exterior en sus distintas áreas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Dar seguimiento a los despachos de los materiales por las diferentes aduanas.
- Dar seguimiento y colocación en las diferentes modalidades de los transportes internacionales y/o nacionales.
- Emitir el reporte semanal de materiales en aduana.
- Emitir el reporte semanal de porcentaje de ocupación transporte.
- Validar el ingreso correcto en tiempo y forma de las facturas de los proveedores utilizados.
- Generar PM´s y dar seguimiento para llegar a la OC teniendo comunicación directa con los proveedores.
- Administrar el presupuesto de logística.
- Supervisar el control de expedientes fisicos y digitales.
- Monitorear operaciones especiales R1, F4, F5 y V1.
- Supervisar el anexo 24 y 31.
- Dar atención y servicio a todas las áreas de la planta en temas de trafico y comercio exterior.
- Realizar reporte de transportes y la relación de unidades.

**Knowledge and Education**
- Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional.

**Work Experience**
- 5 años de experiência como Coordinador de Comercio Exterior.
