Financial Intern

**Who We Are Looking For**
- 0-1 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)
- Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)
- Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written, preferred)
- Analytical aptitude, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style
- Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently
- Ability to lead tasks and seek innovative solutions
- Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Support on a variety of activities including:

- Analysis of operational efficiencies of current and potential projects
- Preparation of monthly board of directors’ presentations and financial models
- Coordination of the Due Diligence process
- Development of the 100-day post-closure plan and its implementation
- Review of legal contracts
- Integration of current or future acquisitions
- Initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.
