**Lo que compone su día**
La experiência del cliente comienza con usted, por lo que su posición es vital para asegurar que cada interacción sea memorable y personal. Aprenderá las historias detrás de la marca ZEGNA, los productos y la artesanía y las utilizará para comprometerse auténticamente con los clientes mientras comparte nuestra oferta. Esto continúa cuando el cliente sale de la tienda, mientras construyes relaciones estrechas con ellos para hacerles sentir que son una parte valiosa del mundo ZEGNA.

Usted y sus colegas son responsables de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de su tienda, ejecutando los planes proporcionados por el gerente de la tienda, así como usando su propia iniciativa para sugerir estrategias alternativas. Necesitas trabajar inteligentemente, manteniéndote al tanto de la situación de las existencias de la tienda y ajustando tus técnicas para maximizar las ventas.

Se te encomienda una serie de funciones de servicio al cliente, incluyendo la realización de ajustes y medidas de alteración, y potencialmente convertirte en un especialista de "Hecho a la Medida". También estás ahí para escuchar a los clientes y compartir sus opiniones con nosotros, asegurándote de que, si tienen algún problema, se resuelva con cuidado.

Eres responsable de asegurar que el entorno de la tienda esté siempre a la par con lo que nuestros clientes esperan de nosotros. Para lograrlo, utilizarás las pautas de comercialización visual, de productos y de embalaje para crear una experiência verdaderamente excepcional.

También hay una serie de tareas operacionales que se le puede pedir que realice, entre ellas la gestión del almacén, el inventario, la caja y la presentación de informes.
