**The Role**
**About the Team**
You will be a key member of the Master Data Management team within the PACCAR ITD Digital Team working closely with a team of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, and dedicated team members responsible for delivering specific business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement Master Data Management Solutions to ensure data standardization, quality, governance, enrichment and provide a single source-of-truth for the domains.
- Works in collaboration with the MDM team and product stakeholders to implement, maintain, and enhance data models and solutions used to define and measure quality of data domains
- Hands-on development of MDM tool configuration and customization including Data Model, Match/Merge, Trust/Survivorship, Match Rule Tuning, Hierarchy, Golden record Publication and Data Stewardship Workflows.
- Support existing MDM solutions and play a key role in new data integration and reporting initiatives that support organizational priorities while complying with the organization's IT and architectural standards.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Performs data quality check and data cleansing activities using SQL, Python etc. to ensure high quality data
- Work with different teams within the organization and see the potential scope of improving Data Quality / Process and implementing Master Data Management.
- Collaborate with Architecture leads to launch scalable and reliable data solutions, support system integration efforts, and create operational efficiencies through automation and process improvements.
- Participate in agile team working with product/tech owner, and team members to understand and code data requirements.
**Experience & Skills**
- 8+ years of experience working in MDM full life cycle implementation with strong focus on data and with implementing multiple master data domains (such as Customer, Products, Supplier) using Tibco EBX or Informatica MDM or Reltio or any equivalent MDM tools.
- Hands-on development of MDM tool configuration and customization including Data Model, Match/Merge, Trust/Survivorship, Hierarchy, Golden record Publication and Data Stewardship Workflows using TIBCO EBX (Orchestra Networks) or Informatica MDM or Reltio or IBM MDM or any other equivalent MDM tool.
- Experience with SQL (advance queries, tuning), PL/SQL, Java, and J2EE development
- Experience with installation/configuration of MDM/DI/DQ products in Windows and Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with real-time integration (SOAP, REST, JMS etc.) & batch integration (file based) between MDM & other systems
- Technical understanding of data models, data management concepts and associated business processes and tools, specifically Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Modeling, Metadata Management, Data Quality, database design development, data pipeline, data lake, data warehouse required.
- Demonstrated experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Agile).
**Education (List required and/or preferred education)**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Data Analytics or related technical field preferred.
