- Establish operational instruction for the new products and support in process optimization;
- Tracking and investigation of problems related to the manufacture of products;
- Interface between the creation and manufacturing area and between Mexico and Colombia;
- Interface with global experts;
- Ensure execution of product transfers, product redesigns, and product archiving for the site;
- Monitor the performance of the introduction of the new product to the site through appropriate KPI's, identify failures, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans with the areas involved. Your key responsibilities:

- Laboratory tests and production monitoring in laboratory, pilot plant and manufacturing;
- Laboratory analyses, analysis of formulas and assistance in changes of formulas to reduce complexities;
- Administrative functions in general, extraction of reports and control of spreadsheets;
- Maintain master data and transfer to manufacturing products after the hypercare period;
- Cover the process of Introduction of New Products for Outsourcing linked to the site. We offer

We need: - Organization, planning and responsibility -English; preferred level Intermediate-Advanced. - Excel, Power Point - intermediate - Studying Chemical Engineering, Production, Food, Industrial Chemistry or related areas - Availability to work 6 hours a day during business hours - Availability to complete two years of internship.
