About the role
- Participate and collaborate in day-to-day business to develop the portfolio of commercial accounts and offer support in the underwriting process by ensuring it complies with the goals and objectives of production and profitability. Young professional with abilities towards proactivity, engagement and committed are preferred.
- Underwriting: awareness of risk analysis and pricing which includes rate building, pricing methodology, claims process and requirements.
- Communication: strong ability to open communication and developing peer relations.
- Problem-solving: defining the problem, generating alternatives, evaluating and selecting alternatives and implementing solutions.
- Operational support: optimizing work process identifying areas of opportunity to reduce variances in organization's processes, deliver high quality products and services meeting needs and requirements from internal and external customers based on delivering solid & consistent results.

Profile
- More than 4 years of underwriting experience in the market.
- Experience in supporting business planning and data entering.
- PC skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IE and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Capacity to optimize work processes.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and develop financial reports.
- Behaviors: team-work, effective problem solving, communication, customer focus, engaged & Committed.
- Fully bilingual or as close to 100% as possible (English-Spanish).
