*Resumen de descripción de puesto* Apoyar en la Coordinación de sorteo, embarques y liquidación de envíos en el área de Zonas Extendidas así como también en el proceso de Documentación y Seguimiento a envíos en módulos de clientes asegurando el correcto desempeño de los procesos establecidos en el área.

**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:
1. Sorteo de envíos de zonas extendidas
2. Embarque de envíos de zonas Extendidas
3. Documentación de envió en módulos de clientes.
4. Atención y seguimiento a embarques de cliente
5. Emisión de reportes y generación de prealertas de envíos documentados en módulos de clientes.
6. Generación de reportes de bodegas vacías y existencias lógicas de envíos en bodega 7601
7. Seguimiento Proactivos a envíos de FedEx Nacional e Internacional

**Requisitos**

Preparatoria Terminada ó equivalente, experiência en el ramo de atención a cliente, transporte ó logística, Conocimientos en paquetería Office y habilidades de administración.
