**Your Job**
This position works with various groups locally and corporate to establish the right processes to ensure Import and Export are done in the fastest, most effective way and with a fair price, always withing the legal framework of international and nationals standards and bee in alignment with Koch Corp. carriers' agreements.

**What You Will Do**
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
- Focus on cost, efficiency, quality, and service. Holds regular reviews with carriers, planning, purchasing and service providers. Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Ensure the compliance of the Import & Export operations according with the IMMEX Regulations & all the legal framework defined by the country where we are exporting. (American, Mexican Customs & others).
- Support trade customs area with key process as Annex 24 Maquiladora System, External Audits and Requirements of SAT & SE; Annex 31 Obligations & VAT Certifications processes. (When needed)
- Customs Broker control and audit, determine the specific SOP, audit process to the Custom Broker, establish KPIs and process improvement plans. Follow the Trade & Customs Compliance SOP related to all the import and export transactions
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves global transportation issues. Plans and implements improvements to logistics systems and processes.
- Partners with cross-functional departments in support of the logistics function. Lead and direct the escalation internally and externally: With Carriers & Suppliers and with Category and Sourcing Manager, ensuring the supply of the material on time.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Career Administration, Industrial Engineering or External Trade.
- English language 100% bilingual & very fluid. (Excellent oral and written communication skills in English) Advanced English.
- Master's degree with additional courses of Annex 24, SAP, and Tax.
- 5 to 8 years minimum experience Managing similar position, been in electronic environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Power point, Outlook Notes).
- Experience managing global logistics/import/export programs with significant experience in negotiations. Global knowledge of suppliers and international markets. Related industry experience.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Computer proficiency (spreadsheet, database, presentation software)
- High knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, additions, Sumproduct, Sumif).
- Power BI or Access knowledge
- Lean Knowledge
