**Cost Accounting Manager Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Cost Accounting Manager** with expertise in **standard costing, inventory processes, and NetSuite ERP**. This role will focus on managing and optimizing costing processes, ensuring accurate cost data, and supporting financial decision-making while collaborating across teams in Mexico, the US, and the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Standard Costing**: Develop, maintain, and analyze standard cost structures, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
- **Inventory Processes**: Manage inventory accounting (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), ensure accurate records, and optimize stock levels.
- **NetSuite ERP**: Oversee the costing module, optimize system use, and provide training for cost tracking and reporting.
- **Financial Analysis**: Prepare cost reports, conduct trend analyses, and support budgeting with detailed insights.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with operations, purchasing, and production to enhance cost efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Mexican regulations, IFRS standards, and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5-7 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient in **NetSuite ERP**, Excel, and financial software.
- Strong knowledge of **Mexican tax regulations** and IFRS.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English**.

This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to improve processes across global teams.
