THE WORK
- Support company managers with administrative and business projects.
- Run errands in Mexico City as needed.
- Assist with event, travel, and conference planning.
- Handle booking appointments, reservations, and necessary resources.
- Conduct vendor and service provider research upon request.
- Resolve issues with various service providers.
- Attend and host meetings when necessary.

NEEDED EXPERTISE
- Proficient in business-level English and fluent in business-level Spanish. A resume in English is a must.- Own a car/motorcycle with a valid license.-
- Available for a 50/50 split between remote and in-person work.-
- Strong organizational and project management skills.-
- Professional demeanor and presentation.-
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.-
- Proficiency with computers (Mac or Windows) and expertise in Gsuite and Google Workplace tools.
