**About the role**
As a Core Specialist, you will hold a key position in overseeing and managing critical day-to-day operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will be central to ensuring the smooth functioning of our core operations, maintaining financial integrity, and upholding service excellence standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Verify accuracy and completeness of all disbursement process.
- Lead and manage projects aimed at optimizing processes within the operations area.
- In charge of all day-to-day core operations.
- Make adjustments and modifications to core contracts.
- Validate all payments completed by direct debit or transfer of each customer with active credits.
- Manage operational service SLAs to ensure excellence.
- Vendors approval: Vendors are requested every day by our customers. For them to be approved, vendors must be related to the working capital for our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in engineer, business, or finance.
- 1 year experience in operational positions.
- Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.
- Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
