Join the world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sales Operations Analyst II in Mexico. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to drive key project management initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Distributors Tracker**: Strictly maintain and update the Distributors Tracker.
- **Funnel NI Calculation**: Calculate Funnel NI and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.
- **Project Analysis**: Review and analyze actual, backlog, and funnel ID projects.
- **Run Rate Calculation**: Perform run rate calculations and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.
- **Service Forecast Calculation**: Accurately calculate service forecasts.
- **Historical Analysis**: Conduct historical run rate analysis for first pass evaluations.
- **Forecast Validation**: Successfully validate forecasts.
- **Dashboard Updates**: Update dashboard previews for forecast meetings.
- **Meeting Participation**: Actively participate in Mexico Forecast Meeting, Backlog Local Meeting, Backlog Direct Meeting, and Channel Manager’s Meeting to review FNI.
- **Sales Force Changes**: Implement changes in Sales Force as requested.
- **Business Review Reports**: Compile comprehensive business review reports.
- **Reports & Analysis**: Generate several reports and analyses.
- **Efficiency Identification**: Adapt files and identify efficiencies.

- **Proven Project Management Experience**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong capacity to analyze and interpret data.
- Diligent: Diligently attends to detail and accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**: Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and relevant software tools.
