SEGAN is a Canadian fashion startup crafting products in Leon, GTO. We’re value-based and our screening process is based on your goals and values (instead of only experience).

We're not looking for workers, but rather for change-seekers and creators to solve problems in the fashion industry together. And unlike other companies, we care about your passion and skills more than your formal experience.

After the probationary period, we pay our team at the beginning of each pay period (twice/month) instead of the end. That’s our way to see if individuals will contribute because of passion or only because of money.

Your work days are flexible and location is hybrid (remote on some days, and in the workshop on other days), but please keep in mind we sometimes require you to go in the workshop because we need you to communicate with the specialist or other reasons.

**Required Values, Skills and Experience**:

- Change seeker and value driven
- Fluent or intermediate English
- Experince with 3D modelling apps to create fashion accessories (and clothing in the future)
- Experience with Adobe Ai and other design related Adobe apps to create design files
- Organizational wizard—You manage digital storage with accurate efficiency and laugh in the face of deadlines (you got this)
- Interest or experience in working with product developers/specialists
- Option to become a full timer in the future
- Ability to work in the workshop (dedicated desk/office) in Leon (hybrid setting based on the need)

**Responsibilities**:

- Create digital design files in 2D and 3D with the direction/help from the creative director
- Communicate with suppliers and the specialist for product development
- Researching stories (in English) related to each product and implementing them into the design as well as creating their stories for the public since we're a re very story-based brand
- Creating design plans and having different products in the queue

**Job Type**: Par-time (with an option to go Full-time in the future)

Time: Daytime (7am to 4:15pm, incl. 0.75hr break time)

Location: Hybrid (some days remote, some day in-person at the workshop)

**Salary**: $700 MXN - $750 MXN per day

Contract type: Independant Contractor
