Job Summary

- Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Controller Assistant role involves _
- responsible for financial statement preparation, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts in line with corporate policies and processes and legislative requirements in order to ensure financial reporting analysis and forecasts support business strategy and decisions._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reports._
- _ Prepare receivables report as required._
- _ Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports._
- _ Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for local management._
- _ Prepare weekly/month-end reports for leadership team._
- _ Prepare financial reports for regulators and Sarbanes Oxley compliance._
- _ Assist with managing the Accounting department._
- _ Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ strong financial background with P&L more than 4 years._
- _ BPC system reports Upload and Download._
- _ Revenue and VAM Consolidation Reports._
- _ Came out with Opportunity to OP imprudent for CEC Customers._
- _ Quoted vs Actual Cost, Quote Models for NPIs and Sustaining._
- _ Able to create analysis and transformational solutions, formulates execution plans to present metrics to executive VP levels._
- _ Open minded, extrovert, outgoing and dynamic personality._
- _ Strategic & leadership skills with other site finances controllers located in other sites like Milpitas, Salt Lake City, Austin, Guadalajara and Sorocaba._
- _ Fluent English_
