Senior Portfolio Risk Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Credit portfolio and risk analysis (Retail Lending and Credit Cards business lines), recommending corrective actions. Credit risk review, risk assessment reports.
- Develop risk policy rules and methodology for their implementation
- Participate in anti-fraud process foundation
- Implement risk policy in decision engine via visual interface (formal/boolean logic)
- Budgeting, forecasting and managing Risk KPIs: NPL, LLP, AR, LGD, COR, repayment behavior vintages etc.
- Testing and integration with third party services (new data-sources).
- Regular monitoring and analysis of main risk indicators to ensure lending process is in accordance with company’s strategy
- Liaison with members of international teams (Near Prime Hub team and other countries).
- Communicate all risk issues to the relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- Higher Degree in Economics / Maths / IT in Maths education.
- Work experience in portfolio risk-management (banks, MFIs) of Credit cards, EMI cards, Personal loans Consumer durable loans (either of).
- Experience within large online/digital/fintech/e-commerce companies or banks would be a plus.
- Experienced user of Excel / SQL / PowerPoint.
- Score modelling experience would be a plus (R / Python/ SS / SPSS / etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to deliver results both working independently and as part of a team.
- Agile communication skills.
