Resumen:
Es responsable de realizar labores de nível profesional cuyo propósito es analizar, validar, mejorar y dar seguimiento a nuevos productos, estándares de operación de equipo y normas complementarias para producir eficientemente y con calidad. Incluye la revisión sistemática de información y reportes operativos, en búsqueda de áreas de oportunidad para incrementar la productividad, la calidad y reducir costos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Administrar / Coordinar e Implementar de Cambios de Ingeniería (ECO) según aplique
- Coordinar la introducción de nuevos productos en las fases de Pre-piloto y Piloto
- Soporte para coordinar fases de pre-piloto y piloto para proyectos TCA cuando el diseño del producto sea afectado
- Establecer plan de implementación de los nuevos proyectos
- Proporcionar los entregables al Project Manager de NA (Pre-pilot / Pilot Completion Report)
- Seguimiento al SOP de los nuevos proyectos durante un periodo determinado por el Project Manager, según aplique
- Brindar soporte para Coordinar proyectos de desarrollo avanzado provenientes del Corporativo (no local)
- Construcción de prototipos atreves de un SMOR (Sample Manufacturing Order Request) o PSRF (Product Sample Request Form)
- Soporte general a las áreas de manufactura (interpretación de planos, lista de Materiales)
- Revisión de BOM y Dibujos (componentes, ensamble final, empaque)
- Trabajar con el equipo de manufactura avanzada / procesos para realizar analisis make vs buy
- Administración/Actualización de procedimientos o documentos del departamento de NPI.
- Apoya a los ingenieros de NPI con menor antigüedad para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares, asesoramiento y tutoría.

Calificaciones:
Escolaridad: Carrera profesional en Ing. Industrial, Manufactura o afin.

Experiência: Minima de 3 años en puesto de introducción de nuevos productos o área de APQP.

Inglés +80%.
- Manejo de programas microsoft office.
- Conocimiento de Conocimiento de operaciones de manufactura, herramientas Lean, Core Tools (APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSA).
- Persona proactiva con toma de decisiones, sentido de urgencia, enfocado en la mejora continua, comunicación, enfoque a resultados, liderazgo, capacidad de análisis y trabajo en equipo.
