Job Summary

P To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sourcing & Recruiting located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the DL Sourcing & Recruiting Manager the Sourcing & Recruiting role involvesSupport team hiring activities such as do sourcing, selection, hiring and promotion of DL.

What a typical day looks like:

- Prepare internal and external job advertisements and web postings according to the Job Profile.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience Jr or Mid in a similar position.
- Intermediate English
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PP).
- Proactive
- Teamwork
- Effective communication
- Sense of urgency
