- Crear los protocolos de investigación.
- Realizar entrevistas a usuarios de SFA
- Concentrar toda la información obtenida
- Procesar la información y detectar patrones en las entrevistas
- Crear un experience journey con los insights obtenidos
- Crear una Persona con los insights obtenidos
