You will be able to meet productivity and quality standards by running processes. Analyze and develop processes. You can propose work methods aimed at optimizing the workforce, dies, equipment, etc. You should investigate emerging problems in the production process,proposing modifications or changes in them. Comply with quality standards, keep the work area clean and safe according to 6’S. Perform monitoring and improvement of established processes Proposal of actions to improve the areas Assists the Quality and Manufacturing departments in the standardization of processes Proposals for continuous improvement to established processes Reduction of waste Work focused on increasing the level of productivity of processes Training of leaders (Process improvements) Implementation of controlled documentation to streamline processes Analysis and control of the processes already created or processes to be established.
Experiência y requisitos
- At least 2 years of Manufacturing Experience -Bilingual - Needs understanding of process improvement, quality improvement concepts; ISO 13485, ISO11607, ASTM and ISTA standards. - Define, analyze and propose solutions to engineering problems. - Carry out calculations and evaluations to propose new projects and increase efficiency. - Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously - Problem solving and decision-making skills. - Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
