- Description & RequirementsThe Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for understanding the travel & expense policy, ensuring all travel and expense processes are cost-effective and run accurately and timely. Analyzing and resolving system issues.

The position will require some process expertise related to International Travel and Entertainment, including knowledge of Mexico’s requirements.

**What you will be doing**:

- Management of travel and expense systems
- Expense report audit and processing - compliance with Corp T&E Policy. Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Ensures complete, accurate, and timely documentation of posting activity in the accounting system.
- Enforcement of policy
- Support travelers with expense report submissions and corporate card usage
- Responsible for Internal communication regarding travel

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all written and verbal organizational levels.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Experience managing corporate travel and expense programs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Solid analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- 2+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
