Join Kellogg´s as **Branch Head**. Develop and execute joint business plan for the assigned branches to maximize the quality coverage & distribution, increasing demand for our brands leading categories development and growth through a strong RTM Strategy.

Adapt commercial plans to high value propositions to the branches and ensure volume and commercial conditions. Collaborates closely with multifunctional staff team and on field sales team to ensure effective negotiations to drive customer growth and flawless execution.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Lead HFS Strategy & Plans** under the branches assigned, to assure commercial and financial KPI's.
- ** Drive sales execution for assigned territory**, assure the adequate execution of the 5Ps with and effective and efficient use of resources.
- ** Perform business reviews to ensure compliance** with the plan and make the necessary adjustments.
- ** Supervise and analyze** performance of the supervisors and sales representatives, determine action plans for improvements and assure effective customer services.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor in business administration or related
- +7 years of experience in sales and sales operation
- Strategic thinking and analysis
- Strong forecasting, finance, and budgeting skills
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated and teamwork
