**Job Title** (Job Code): Warehouse Assistant Tramo 4 (Cancún) - Tren Maya
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
You are in charge of the principal operation activities of the warehouse, as reception, unpacking, storage, packing, and dispatching of the parts and tooling with the slipping list filled according the best practices.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Reception and revision of the arrive shipments to ensure there is no damage at the entry of the warehouse.
- Match of the arrive materials vs the invoice and the PO documents
- Reports any identified issue, damage, discrepancy, wrong material, no quality..
- Fill the corresponding documents/formats in paper and in system for the warehouse’s activities ( CRM, DOA,.)
- Identification of the components
- Storage of the goods in their correct place, in according with the warehouse management and golden rules.
- Provide the GR numbers for the finished services
- Participate in the periodic inventory activities to ensure the system and physical materials are align
- Operation of lifttruck and any other warehouse tool
- Ensure that the correct material is delivery in the right site, on time
- Support to quality in the follow up of the components identified in quarantine area.
- Participates directly in the kitting process
- Organize transportation of parts and tooling
- Participates in the type of transportation definition
- Make sure all the corresponding documents are properly storage
- Ensure all the info is updated at the end of the journey to avoid any kind of future discrepancies between system and physical inventory
**Mandatory**:
- Technical career or similar certification
- Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual
**Experience**
**Mandatory**:
- At least 1 years’ experience in warehouse
Experience in operation of lift truck and warehouse tools
**Desirable**:
- Valuable experience in companies of same sector/activity or related.
