**YOUR ROLE**:

- Provides occupational medicine, medical care and health consulting for employees
- Provides workplace health promotion and health risk assessment regarding work processes, environment and raw materials
- Develops, implements and evaluates health programs and projects in the respective area
- Monitors compliance of health issues and legal health regulations
- Ensures that all consumables used during procedures are correctly recorded and reported
- Acts as key contact person regarding medical care / health topics for a defined area at Henkel Acts as site emergency physician
- Develops and improves strategic, effective health system (global, regional, local) aligned with corp. health vision and regulations/law Leads the team in the area of responsibility
- Steers health related projects
- Supports audits in respective areas
- Fulfills delegated responsibilities, incl. occupational medicine, global health management, disability management, etc.
- Prevents diseases and accidents caused due to professional occupation

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- 2 years of experience as Occupational Doctor in production/operations;
- Occupational and Health Regulations and Laws knowledge;
- Intermediate English.
