**As a Homie, you are learning to be a bar raiser, which means you come with**
- 2+ years of Web Software Engineering experience (internship experience counts)
- Familiarity or experience with MVC software framework: Ruby and Rails or experience with a full-stack backend framework such as Spring or Django, and proven ability to learn new frameworks and languages.
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with Front End Javascript frameworks like React, or Vue
- Understanding of object-oriented software design
- Development experience using version control systems such as GitHub
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines or equivalent required
- English language proficiency
- Highly motivated, with a passion to learn and grow
- Ability to work from the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

- You'll help Product Engineering deliver value to our customers through feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes on our web platform
- You will learn and put into practice our current engineering strategy and development process to build high-quality code and documentation
- Actively participating in team meetings, offering insights, and asking relevant questions
- Engage in self-learning through online resources, courses, and workshops to enhance technical proficiency
