Provide assist to customers to get all load orders ready to go in the system to made company expectations met.

Upload cargo loads into the system to ensure that dispatchers can scheduled on time them.
- Provide assistance and information to all customers about their cargo, location and arrival to destination, in regards pickups, transit, and deliveries of various cargo

**Knowledge and skills required**:

- Bilingual (Advanced English)
- Track & Tracing, knowledge on load boards such as DAT/Truckstop: at least 1 year
- Rate conn, broker-carrier package: 1 year
- Dispatching loads in USA.: 1 year
- Sales experience in trucking industry within USA
- Experience on shipments between USA and México

3. Excellent written and verbal skills

4. Degree in Admin or Operations is a big plus

5. Familiarity with basic trucking procedures is desirable.

6. Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.

7. Intermediate MS Excel skills.

8. A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
