- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de BOS, MMSA, MMOG, ISO TS para salir exitosos en auditorias.
- Revisar y aprobar el pronóstico de ventas mensual y trimestral.
- Revisar diaria de inventario de materia prima, su plan de control y reducción.
- Revisar el desempeño y dar retroalimentación a los integrantes del equipo de materiales, apoyar su plan de desarrollo.
- Monitorear y control de Obsolescencia, seguimiento a Build Outs.
- Monitorear y soporte a lanzamientos para que sean satisfactorios.
- Elaboración de planes anuales de fletes, gastos e inversiones proyectadas en los almacenes y equipos de montacargas.
- Monitoreo de ajustes de inventario, revisar el análisis de pérdidas y ganancias, cumplimiento a conteos cíclicos.
- Planear y coordinar los Inventarios Físicos.
- Dar Seguimiento y ejecución del plan de YFMS (Yanfeng Manufacturing System).
- Supervisar la administración y control de la operación de Almacenes de Embarques, Bodega y Recibo.
