Join us as a**Track and Trace Executive**

As an Track and Trace Executive you will be in charge to provide an interrupted track and trace service to customer, following up with a continue information flow of the in-transit shipmetns.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- International Relationships career
- Customer service Experience
- Tolerance to uncertainty and stress
- Work under pressure

**Key Responsabilities**:

- Maintain a continued status and information flow, to customers, about in-transit shipments.
- Achieve and maintain a consistently high level of quality service performance, exceeding customer expectations.
- Follow and execute the internal-administrative processes according to the manual, forms, and stipulated guidelines.
- Initiative, proactivity, and criteria for making decisions that go towards solving day-to-day problems
- Encourage teamwork, within the department and with the rest of the company's areas (Sales, Pricing, Accounting, Business Development, Business Implementation, etc.)
- Manage and analyse performance statistics (KPIs) to suggest and make improvements to detected areas of opportunity
