Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level.

Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent.

Work with Manager of Recruiting to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiatives.

Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
