LER is looking for a Back End Developer to join our team in Guadalajara, MX. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a part of an industry leader in engines, propulsion systems, and power generation. We are seeking exceptionally talented individuals that are highly motivated to use their leadership and technical skills to develop and support software, who has extensive experience with Python, AWS Serverless/Lambda/DQS/SNS and is familiar with IOT concepts. The position requires a strong technically oriented individual with good communication, strong English skills, a strong ability to work on a team, and a genuine interest in hands-on development and support.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deploying secure and highly available production systems on **AWS**:

- Developing and designing web UI using **the ReactJS and webpack** or other bundling tools
- Using **Redux, Flux, Data structure libraries** in developing highly maintainable and efficient UI
- Working with **HTML and CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, event handlers**:

- Using HTML 5 (also **NodeJS/ExtJS/AngularJS/ReactJS**), JSON skills
- Interfacing with DevOps (AWS **cloudwatch**, AWS **codecommit**, **codebuild**, and **codedeploy**)

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Essential**:

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- BS degree minimum
- Passion for building interactive and responsive web interfaces for users
- Understanding of how to build UI solutions from reusable components
- Experience integrating web **interfaces with RESTful services using ReactJS and AJAX**:

- Experience building appropriate solutions using recommended technology for the web interfaces
