**¿Que harás?**

Deberá ser capaz de planear de forma eficiente y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de su Plan de Producción para cumplir con los requerimientos de los clientes.

**¿Cómo lo harás?**
- Comunicación directa con Agentes de Ventas (teléfono, correo), proporcionar estatus de ordenes en proceso, dar respuesta a solicitudes de guías de embarques, ubicación de órdenes, fechas de entrega, etc.
- Asignar fechas a órdenes, realizar cambios o cancelaciones o ajustes de estas en base a necesidades internas o externas.
- Autorización de ordenes exprés.
- Dar seguimiento a ordenes con requerimientos especiales.
- Captura de ordenes por medio de Mac-Pac y Vipnet.
- Registro de actividad en Customer Service log.
- Asegúrese de aplicar los parámetros correctos a cada orden (MOQ, tiempo de entrega, programa de transporte).
- Interacción constante con Customer Service, Compras y Embarques.
- Recibir plan de embarques partes solicitadas por las plantas Ruskin IPT (Ordenes de Producción Internas), entregar plan de producción a Manufactura, dar seguimiento a embarques de órdenes.
- Generar reporte de ordenes OTD (On Time Delivery) Regular y Express.
- Realizar juntas de seguimiento a órdenes, detectar riesgos y en conjunto con Manufactura realizar los ajustes necesarios.
- Analizar ordenes en Past Due y documentar planes de acción.
- Revisar ordenes en RTS (Ready to Ship), analizar estatus y asegurarse sean embarcadas a la brevedad posible.
- Atender juntas de presentación resultados en piso.
- Reponer o solicitar piezas faltantes a las órdenes.
- Documentar y dar seguimiento a reclamos a transportistas por daños o extravíos.
- Responsable de actividades relacionados con JCMS
- Se conduce de acuerdo con el código de ética de la empresa y respeta el RIT y seguridad

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Carrera Profesional Terminada en áreas de Ingeniería
- Experiência en Actividades Similares 3 años.
- Conocimientos en MRP.
- Conocimientos en Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
