Senior Technician

Oversee day-to-day operations customer satisfaction and Technology Services and Workplace delivery of End User support in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment across different staff groups and coordinate the service with other regional leads & locations and Primary escalation focal for Kontoor Brand environments across your region
- Ensure hardware availability is aligned with Kontoor Brands policies and Procedures, Incident and task resolution via Kontoor Brands global ITSM tool
- Work with Regional Operations team and the desktop architecture on hardware and software management solutions
- Installation and Support of company required hardware (desktops, laptops, Point of Sales, printers, VoIP, scanners, mobile devices and software), Hardware configuration and deployment following Kontoor Brands standards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS, local area networks and the Kontoor Brands wide area network, Maintenance and monitoring of local cable infrastructure, Help maintain an accurate stockroom inventory, Create accurate documentation,
- Support conferencing/collaboration technology and Provide tech bar type service for face-to-face engagement with Kontoor Brands associates
- Experience: 4-10 years in IS/IT environment, In depth technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, network and peripheral equipment like scanners, tape-drive, printers and mobile devices (Android/iOS)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (OS & Office), Apple OS/iOS, Citrix Client, In-Tune, Auto Pilot, ATP and Defender
- Technical certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, A+, Cisco preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of other languages is an asset

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
