**Summary**

In charge of oversee all operational function to maintain our facilities in the best conditions in order to provide site users the proper conditions to attend their duties and improve our business. The FM individual will be responsible for leading his team to attend building maintenance systems and to follow all the protocols while overseeing the continuous improvement of the facilities executing long-term strategic plans.

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate the operational aspects of the properties in a manner which protects, maintains, and improves the value of company assets.
- Inspect buildings physical conditions to guarantee that building services are at the highest level of quality standards.
- Oversee Facilities Technicians to ensure proper facilities maintenance and upkeep, safety of the site and its mechanical systems, and security of assigned building(s).
- Coordinate with vendors or technician's maintenance and upkeep at assigned facility(s) including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, generator, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), masonry, heating/cooling (HVAC), security, carpentry, grounds keeping, and cleaning. Serve as point of contact to contractors, suppliers, and building management; provide monitoring of contractors and suppliers during maintenance activities or repair.
- Finance and budget administration.
- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction, to meet with site directors.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**Education & experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the facilities department.
- Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory/Managerial experience in the facilities area.
- Ability to effectively organize work and priorities against deadlines.
- Reporting and Budgeting experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Ability to work On-Site.
