El IS Lead Well Engineer asumirá la responsabilidad de entregar el diseño del pozo, los requisitos técnicos y los planes operativos para lograr tanto Baker Hughes como los objetivos técnicos y financieros del cliente. Impulsa un estrecho compromiso con la service delivery, HSE, finanzas, comerciales y ventas, y otras líneas de productos de Baker Hughes.

Como IS Lead Well Engineer, usted será responsable de:

- Asegurar que todas las actividades de ingeniería estén en línea con las políticas y procedimientos de HSE, e impulse la cultura de HSE dando ejemplo a través de prácticas de trabajo seguras.
- Hacer negocios de acuerdo con los valores de Baker Hughes
- Participar en el proceso de preparación de la licitación para la entrada de ingeniería de pozos.
- Participar en presentaciones y reuniones con clientes (puede incluir viajes a otros lugares).
- Preparación de diseño de pozos, plan de pozos y procedimientos operativos para la construcción, terminación, intervención y/o abandono de pozos en área de responsabilidad.
- Definir servicios técnicos y requisitos de terceros.
- Preparar estimaciones de tiempo y costos operativos.
- En colaboración con partes internas y externas, preparar el registro de riesgos y los planes de contingencia.
- Preparar y participar en revisiones por pares, asistencias por pares y otras actividades de garantía de calidad relacionadas con el proyecto.
- Monitorear el progreso diario de los trabajos o proyectos y monitorear los gastos de operaciones.
- Evaluar la aplicación e implementación de las mejores prácticas y avances tecnológicos para las operaciones de IS.
- Comunicarse de manera efectiva con las partes interesadas del sitio / proyecto según sea necesario, y hacer recomendaciones para impulsar la prestación de servicios impecables y la excelencia operativa según los planes aprobados.
- Monitorear los KPI técnicos y de operaciones y compare los datos de pozos compensados y los objetivos de pozos predefinidos.
- Participar en la investigación del análisis de causa raíz.
- Preparar todos los informes técnicos relacionados con el proyecto, incluido el informe de fin de pozo, después de las revisiones de acción, resumen de lecciones aprendidas.
- Cumplir con la gestión de datos de acuerdo con los procedimientos de IS.
- Mantenerse al tanto de los avances tecnológicos y de procesos de ingeniería a través de la afiliación con sociedades profesionales y la participación en redes, talleres, seminarios y cursos de capacitación

Para tener éxito en este rol, usted:

- Licenciatura preferiblemente en Ingeniería del Petróleo o Ingeniería Mecánica / Química con MS en Ingeniería de Petróleo / Petróleo y Gas o Ingeniería de Pozos.
- Min 10 años de experiência laboral relevante en construcción de pozos, terminaciones, intervención y / u optimización: la experiência podría incluir brocas, diseño de BHA, simulaciones de ingeniería, operaciones de campo, preparación de programas / diseños o similares.
- Conocimientos básicos y exposición a aplicaciones específicas: perforación rotativa convencional, pozos horizontales y/o multilaterales, perforación en plataforma, no convencional. Conciencia de control de pozos. Conocimientos de geomecánica.
- Experiência con softwares de ingeniería y diseño de pozos (por ejemplo: hidráulica, par y arrastre, diseño básico de la carcasa). Office. Power BI u otras herramientas analíticas deseable.
- Inglés intermedio avanzado (deseable)
- Habilidades interpersonales para trabajar bien con colegas en todas las empresas / culturas, lograr objetivos a través de una influencia efectiva y establecer credibilidad con los líderes senior.
- Excelente análisis y resolución de problemas, incluida la capacidad de formar hipótesis y avanzar en ausencia de información completa.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español y en inglés, incluida la capacidad de sintetizar temas complejos en mensajes claros y simples.
