**Description and Requirements**:
This is a full-time opportunity that will work in our Monterrey office, and some team-work with China located members

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support supply chain decision-making.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key supply chain metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to make forecasts or identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data analysis solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, Math, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship or experience in supply chain or data analysis.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- A willingness to embrace new ideas and technologies.
