Seguimiento con proveedores para mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.

Proporcionar asistencia técnica a los clientes identificando y resolviendo problemas, según sea necesario

Participar en la solución de problemas realizando análisis de sistemas, interpretando datos y proporcionando recomendaciones escritas para garantizar que las operaciones de los clientes se desempeñen en níveles óptimos.

Los servicios de soporte incluyen: análisis de muestra, mantenimiento, servicio al cliente, generación de informes de servicio, ordenamiento químico, gestión de inventario de productos químicos.

**Detalles de la posición**:
Su zona de alcance incluye: Tecate, Baja California

Horario y turnos: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 a 18:30 horas, Sábado 09:00 a 13:00 horas

**Requisitos Minimos**:
Grado Universitario: Ing Química, Ambiental, Industrial o afines.

Exp. de 2 a 3 años en Plantas de agua de proceso o potables (bebidas y alimentos), sistemas fisicoquímicos, osmosis inversa, atención al cliente a nível industrial, mantenimiento menor de equipos de dosificación (preventivo y correctivos) mantenimientos menores válvulas, bombas, etc., instalación de líneas de dosificación y conocimiento básico de herramientas.

Liderazgo y manejo de personal (4 personas a su cargo), comunicación efectiva con el cliente.

Manejo de paquetería Office.

Debe poder acceder y sentirse cómodo trabajando en una variedad de condiciones y ser capaz de realizar las tareas esenciales del puesto.
