**About the role**:

- Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of marketing with Reckitt, a frontrunner in health, hygiene, and nutrition products. "Management and control of Hospital events, CME (Regional), Webinars, and support to the team."**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:

- Preparation, management, and closure of events: hospitals, CME (regional), and webinars.
- Analyze the resources and obligations of the Medical Marketing area (hospital and digital events).
- Ensure the closure of events (follow-up with suppliers and ensure they are duly justified). Examine, analyze, and ensure that the event folders are complete according to the checklist.
- Prepare a report on metrics and promotional material for the aforementioned events.
- Manage and supervise internal processes related to the events.
- Control of digital archives.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Well-versed in office management systems and top-notch MS Office skills.
- Expertise in juggling multiple priorities and exemplary organisational talents.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail.
- Experience of the need for discretion, safeguarding confidential information.
- Customer service zeal, innovation enthusiasm, and a heart for sustainability.
