Representante de Ventas - Noroeste

Buscamos un Representante de Ventas responsable de la promoción y venta de los productos de Hollister para cumplir con el plan de negocios establecido para cada región. El representante de ventas de la Región Noroeste es responsable de cubrir los Estados de Baja California Norte y Sur, Sonora y Sinaloa; Debe mantener una estrecha relación con distribuidores, retailers, hospitales públicos y privados y profesionales de la salud; Se involucra de manera importante en la capacitación para el uso de los productos de Hollister. Asegura la participación en licitaciones y el cumplimiento de contratos en su región

**Responsabilidades**:

- Participa en los procesos de venta con todo tipo de clientes.
- Responsable de los procesos de licitaciones para hospitales o agencias públicas.
- Participa en congresos para promover productos Hollister y para informarse sobre nuevas tendencias en productos de ostomías, cuidados intensivos e incontinencia masculina.
- Capacita a los clientes y/o profesionales de la salud sobre el uso y aplicaciones de los productos de Hollister.
- Mantiene los objetivos de ventas asignados con cada cliente, resuelve los problemas que se pudieran presentar mediante una relación fuerte y sana con los clientes.
- Viaja frecuentemente en la región asignada visitando a todos sus clientes.
- Prepara pronósticos de ventas y hace comentarios en el Sistema de ventas sobre cada proceso de negocios (Plan, RMA u Proyección).
- Mantienes una fuerte relación con Educación Clínica para aprender sobre nuevos productos, y la redefinición de estrategias de marketing de acuerdo con retroalimentación recibida de clientes y/o pacientes.
- Participa en eventos de clientes como patrocinador o capacitador según sea necesario.
- Obtiene información de Dynamics sobre PAF de ventas en su región para revisar estrategias con cada cliente.
- Trabaja con el resto de las áreas de Hollister para dar un excelente servicio a todos los clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o equivalente
- Mínimo 3 años en ventas de dispositivos médicos
- Experiência en participación y gestión de licitaciones
